Who we are
First, we are investors ourselves. We understand that every property is unique. And with that, every property needs unique marketing, revenue management, and personalized care.
We aren't your typical big box property manager. You don't have to look far to read or hear about nightmare airbnb stories. Cities, towns, and even states are regulating or banning short term rentals. One of our HOA's overnight decided to ban short term rentals...all because of a couple houses in the neighborhood that had some bad property managers...
All that to say, this industry is becoming highly regulated and I truly believe it's because of the lack of standards and quality of hosting. There are too many big property managers that only care about making money. And those same big property managers have staff that only care about clocking in and clocking out...
We will never become them. We will always stay boutique, personalized, and focused on the best experience possible. I believe that is what's needed to host the best guests and partner with the best homeowners!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. We fell in love as soon as we pulled up. The inside was clean, open and so much natural light. The windows provided amazing views of the mountains. It was nice to have the detached garage apartment for my parents and us kids took the main house. The hiking within the community was beautiful and the pool felt great in the evening.
